we will be looking at the State Visit to Britain by the Colombian President
Juan Manuel Santos and his wife The First Lady of Colombia.

The President of Colombia touched down in Britain
ahead of a full state visit on 31st October 2016 at Stanstead Airport.

After being greeted by dignitaries The President and
his wife Maria De Santos were driven to their overnight accommodation in Queen
Elizabeth ll's official state car.

The next day Tuesday 1st November was the official
start of the state visit.

They were met at their hotel by HRH The Prince of
Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall who visited Colombia in 2014.
